Flex Start - Decker/Brown/Mathews* WHIR

Deciding between Eric Decker v. Atl / Donald Brown v. Min / Ryan Mathews v. Ten @ Flex (RB/WR Only)

I like Decker's upside against a poor Alt secondary and the potential for a shootout between Ryan and Manning, but is Thomas going to be a bigger factor?

I think Brown has potential for a 60 yd + 1 td kind-of-game against a weak Min. run-d.

As for Mathews, I think he's a good start if he's cleared to play. He was cleared for contact yesterday and practiced today, but the original timetable for his return was for next week. Would you take this risk?

Mathews is clearly on top if he's good to go w/no restrictions, but odds are that SD isnt going to do that his 1st game back. Unless you hear some miraculous news today in practice, I'd keep Mathews on the bench, leaving it between Decker and Brown. Brown's team is likely to be playing from behind, and although he could put up some nice yardage, you know that DEN/ATL is likely to be a shootout, and Peyton will be finding his go-to guy with Thomas a little dinged up. I see big things for Decker this week.. I'd play him. But really I dont see a wrong answer between the 2 - I like Brown to have a big week as well. Good problem to have

Second everything that GreenBowlPackers said, but I think Decker is more of a clear choice over Donald Brown considering Peyton and the matchup.

You should probably wait before starting Mathews, and the Colt's offense isn't reliable enough to go with Brown. Decker should be the choice. Good luck!
