16 Team League DEEP Roster Advice

Below is my roster. Just looking for advice. This is the first time I am doing fastasy football. I usually do baseball because thats where my knowledge is but I joined a friends league. Its a 16 person league and we are all active which makes it very competitive. Let me know what you think, where I am weak, etc. and post a link to any of your threads!
