RotoWorld: Coach Jeff Fisher said that Steven Jackson left Sunday's game due to a groin injury.
Confirming earlier reports, Fisher insisted that he did not bench Jackson following a second quarter unsportsmanlike penalty. That would have been a rash move considering Jackson's veteran standing and unblemished reputation. Instead, owners will now have to deal with a potentially nagging soft-tissue injury for a 29-year-old running back. Although S-Jax says the strain isn't too bad, backup Daryl Richardson should be owned in all formats.
