Last week, I won a huge blowout (150-75), and loss two close games (by one point, and 2.xx points). This week, I had no chance, and was even blown out 253-156 in one league. Tell me if I should be considering trades, aggressive waiver wiring, etc. or if I should stand pat and ride out the rough beginning.
League 1: 8-man league, non-ppr, standard scoring, 4 pt passing TDs. Team is 0-2, unless Roddy White puts up 30+ points.
Team starts 3 WR, 2 RB, 1 all else. No flex.
QB: Drew Brees
RB: Benjarvus Green-ellis, Darren Sproles, Kevin Smith, Michael Turner
WRs: Jordy Nelson, Jeremy Maclin, Roddy White, Torrey Smith, Antonio Brown, Lance Moore, Randall Cobb
TE: Rob Gronkowski
D: Houston.
-------------------------
Team 2: 12-man league, standard scoring, 4pt passing tds, 38 return yards per point (league had a disagreement on how may yards to use, so used the median between the two), Team is going to be 1-1.
Team starts 3 WR, 2RB, and 1 W/R/T, 1 all else.
QB: Tony Romo
RB: Doug Martin, Kevin Smith, Dexter McCluster, Rashad Jennings, Toby Gerhart, David Wilson.
WR: Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb, Malcolm Floyd, Pierre Garcon
TE: Jimmy Graham, Rob Gronkowski
D: Dallas
I know many will say to trade one TE.. but they're my most consistent scorers, and I'd be putting a big hole in my roster to cover another (imo) smaller hole.
-------------------------
Team 3: 12-man league, standard scoring, 4 pts passing tds, 20 return yards per point, PPR, bonuses at 100 yards, etc. This is the team that got blown out this week against Victor Cruz, Sproles, R. Bush, and more.
Starts 2WR, 2RB, one W/R flex, 1 all else.
QB: Ben Roethlisberger
RB: DeMarco Murray, MJD, Kevin Smith, Rashad Jennings,
WR: Jordy Nelson, Reggie Wayne, James Jones, Jeremy Kerley, Jeremy Maclin, Austin Collie
TE: Jared Cook, Jason Witten
D: Dallas
