Looking at 0-2, 0-2, and 1-1. Do I need a retool? WHIR

Last week, I won a huge blowout (150-75), and loss two close games (by one point, and 2.xx points). This week, I had no chance, and was even blown out 253-156 in one league. Tell me if I should be considering trades, aggressive waiver wiring, etc. or if I should stand pat and ride out the rough beginning.

League 1: 8-man league, non-ppr, standard scoring, 4 pt passing TDs. Team is 0-2, unless Roddy White puts up 30+ points.

Team starts 3 WR, 2 RB, 1 all else. No flex.

QB: Drew Brees

RB: Benjarvus Green-ellis, Darren Sproles, Kevin Smith, Michael Turner

WRs: Jordy Nelson, Jeremy Maclin, Roddy White, Torrey Smith, Antonio Brown, Lance Moore, Randall Cobb

TE: Rob Gronkowski

D: Houston.

-------------------------

Team 2: 12-man league, standard scoring, 4pt passing tds, 38 return yards per point (league had a disagreement on how may yards to use, so used the median between the two), Team is going to be 1-1.

Team starts 3 WR, 2RB, and 1 W/R/T, 1 all else.

QB: Tony Romo

RB: Doug Martin, Kevin Smith, Dexter McCluster, Rashad Jennings, Toby Gerhart, David Wilson.

WR: Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb, Malcolm Floyd, Pierre Garcon

TE: Jimmy Graham, Rob Gronkowski

D: Dallas

I know many will say to trade one TE.. but they're my most consistent scorers, and I'd be putting a big hole in my roster to cover another (imo) smaller hole.

-------------------------

Team 3: 12-man league, standard scoring, 4 pts passing tds, 20 return yards per point, PPR, bonuses at 100 yards, etc. This is the team that got blown out this week against Victor Cruz, Sproles, R. Bush, and more.

Starts 2WR, 2RB, one W/R flex, 1 all else.

QB: Ben Roethlisberger

RB: DeMarco Murray, MJD, Kevin Smith, Rashad Jennings,

WR: Jordy Nelson, Reggie Wayne, James Jones, Jeremy Kerley, Jeremy Maclin, Austin Collie

TE: Jared Cook, Jason Witten

D: Dallas

Ok you got a lot here.

Team 1 - I've never been in an 8 person league so this team looks pretty good to me. I'd say if you were really looking for a trade then try and unload one of your receivers and go for a RB. You seem to have more depth at WR.

Team 2 - Assuming you are using your other TE you look okay here.

Team 3 - Maybe try trading a WR for a TE or RB. Jennings is pretty much out now with MJD coming back.

Team 1: I don't see any blaring holes in this team. I only play 10-man, so maybe I am just looking at it incorrectly because of that difference. Anyway, it seems that those losses were just a rough start because those guys should all be good (maybe except for a Kevin Smith injury or a Michael Turner aging deal).

Team 2: It looks good. If you can start both TEs, keep them and laugh at all other teams with inferior TEs. If you can only use one, you are wasting talent on your bench. Trade high, reap high.

Team 3: TE is your weakest spot. Witten may be on his way out and Jared Cook hasn't anything really shown anything yet. Garcon needs to be higher on your roster order though because homeboy is going to go off.
