Yeah, I think it should be assumed in any fantasy league that collusion is against the rules. Common sense.

This is collusion. There has to be some common sense inolved here. Sure the rules did not specify in excat words evey form of colllusion, but cheating is cheating. I say the move should not stand and the owners involved go on notice. Figuring out a way around the rules is never going to stop, but consequence should deter most of it.
