Roll the dice on Aaron Hernandez? PLEASE HELP!!

I'm stacked at RB so Kevin Smith is a non factory for me and I have Pitta to weather the storm until Hernandez returns. However, my two week spots are TE with Witten and QB with Roethlisberger. Should I use these trade bait guys for a better upgrade at QB or pull the trigger on this?

Thanks for the advice guys but why do you think it's so bad? I get a huge upgrade at TE for a RB that I don't need who is only going to lose production the rest of the year with Leshoure and Javid Best coming back. Not to mention the guy is made of glass and destined for the IR. Plus I got a good TE in Pitta I can use until Hernanzed is 100%. Come playoffs my team will be stacked. In theory.... No?

Ok so Hernandez it out for 6 weeks when he does come back he's limited and at any moment can b reinjured. Mind u he has to get back into football shape. Again it makes no sense. U have Pitta who's a big part of the Ravens O and u have Fleener who's basically Hernandez light. Trade one of those guys.
