Gates/Bowe/Benson/Morris for Gronk/Mcgahee/Mendenhall WHIR

Would just like to get your thoughts on this potential trade:

I give up:
1. Antonio Gates
2. Dwayne Bowe
3. Cedric Benson
4. Alfred Morris

for

1. Rob Gronkowski
2. Willis Mcgahee
3. Rashard Mendenhall

I'm in a 16 team H2H standard scoring league staring 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 DEF, and 1 K. My team is as follows:

QB - Matthew Stafford
RB - Adrian Peterson, Cedric Benson, Alfred Morris, Beanie Wells, Mikel LeShoure
WR - Dwayne Bowe, Torrey Smith, Darrious Heyward-Bey, Kenny Britt
DEF - Cowboys
K - Greg Zeunderlin

Do you think that this trade upgrades my team? Please give me your thoughts, and I'll be happy to offer mine in return.

I don't really like this trade for you. when healthy; Gates is definitely a tier below Gronk; but Benson/Morris are both about = to McGahee (w/ McGahee the slight edge), but Mendy might not even be the starter in PIT; whereas Bowe is still the #1 in KC.

I also don't think you have the WR depth to give up Bowe. Maybe something like Gates & Morris/Benson for Gronk if you really want Gronk

I don't think you can afford to give up Bowe. Smith is just not dependable enough yet to put up major yards every week. I think Bowe will be. Really, to give up Benson and Morris for McGahee and Mendenhall is almost even. Given that, would you really give up Gates and Bowe for Gronk? Not I... Keep in mind, I don't think Gronk will do better without Hernandez healthy. He does better when they're both on the field.
