Rate my roster, where can I improve?

12 team league. I think my team has a ton of potential, it's a little risky though with all the rookies.

QB - Romo, but I have RG3 on my bench and I'm probably going to be starting him now.
RB - Foster
RB - T. Richardson, unfortunately benched him on week 2 and started Alfred Morris instead
WR - AJ Green
WR - Desean Jackson
Flex - Doug Martin
D - Houston

I have four good RB's right now with Foster, Richardson, Martin and Morris. This does create the annoying scenario of having to decide to start every week. I'm not a huge Romo fan so I'm ready to put in RG3 after two good fantasy weeks. A QB that runs is just so valuable in fantasy.

Here is what my bench looks like, my biggest potential problem is I don't have any good WR's on my bench, I'll have to find someone that can fill in.

Bench- Morris
Bench- Blackmon
Bench - RG3
Bench - J Rodgers
Bench - Mike Leshoure

Haha, we have very similar teams, except you have Foster and I have Gronk.

You have a very nice team, but I'm not high on Jackson or Martin. I feel like Vick is too sporadic for me and Martin is still young. I really like T-Rich, he's turning into a McFadden-like option for CLE. I don't like Blackmon simply because of Gabbert. You might need a little more depth in WR. Other than that, you are solid.

My grade: A
12-Man PPR
QB (1): T. Romo, A. Luck
WR (3): D. Bryant, D. Amendola, B. Lafell, D. Moore, A. Hawkins
RB (2): T. Richardson, M. Turner, D. Brown, J. Dwyer
TE (1): R. Gronkowski, D. Pitta
K (1): M. Crosby
DEF (1): BAL
