Spiller for matthews and fitz, advice...

I am the commissioner trying to upgrade my fantasy football team (aren't we all). It is a standard keeper, PPR league with future draft pick trading. I am wondering whether it is a good idea to offer C.J. Spiller coming off 2 huge weeks and a 2013 6th round pick, for Larry Fitzgerald, an injury prone Ryan Matthews, and a 2013 11th round pick. I would also like to add that my other RB's consist of Trent Richardson, Darren Mcfadden, and Frank Gore.

If the owner will do that then you have gotten away with grand theft. I would personally be very happy if I could trade my Spiller for Matthews.
