This is not a fair trade at all. Tennesse's team seems to be much declined from last year. Their O-line can't hold blocks and it is causing a lot of problems in the running game. CJ's attitude is not great either. He's putting blame on his teammates and his teammates are blaming each other. It's a big mess which you should not take not.
