CJ2K-Fitzy for LMcCoy?

I'm in a 12 team standard keep 3 league. Would you trade my CJ2K and Larry Fitzgerald for Lesean McCoy or is that too much? I am really down on CJ2K and I don't think Fitz will have a great year with all the question marks at QB.

WR - Fitzgerald
FL - Forte

K - Gostkowski
DEF - Bears
BN - BTate
BN - JStewart
BN - BLaFell

It would make my keepers McCoy, Forte and MJD but it would weaken my flex play.
