I was offered Deangelo Williams for Chris Johnson straight up.

I have Trent Richardson, Shonn Greene, and Jaquiz Rodgers as the remaining RB's

If you are giving up Johnson, then I say no. I think they are both worthless. But, Johnson has less competitions for carries
