starting off 0-2 in two leagues, is it time for a move?

I have two teams this year and both are starting the year 0-2. I felt good about one team and OK about the other, but I am wondering if it is time to try and make a move. Here are the two teams, let me know what you think. Both teams are 12 man leagues.
