in two leagues; need one qb...rg3 or stafford

I'm in two leagues and on this team I need to pick one qb from rg3 or stafford. rg3 has a good matchup and could get over 200 yds passing(1-2 tds) and 50-75 rushing(1-2 tds) while stafford will no doubt get 250 yds or more against tennessee. I am concerned that the lions will blow out tennessee and go to the ground game early. what do you think.
