Drop Moss for TE or QB?

I think it's time to give up on Moss and sever the ties. That said, who should I pick up? I was thinking of grabbing a TE as insurance/bye week for Witten since there is some good value there: Celek, Pitta, Bennett, Lewis, Rudolph. Or do I grab a back up QB: A.Smith, J.Locker, C.Palmer, S.Bradford, Cassel. Other FA options: Collie, Blackmon, Burleson, M.Williams (TB), G.Little, K.Hunter.

I dont think Moss has much value ahead either. He doesnt play enough snaps.

I like Bennet a lot but I also like Carson Palmer a lot as a back up. Hes a top 3 backup qb right now and has been putting up 15-18 pts which is great for a bye week fill in or in case of injury.
