Newton and R. Wayne for Flacco and A. Peterson?

I'm really weak at RB and I would love to get Adrian Peterson but I honestly think the price is too high, losing Cam Newton and Reggie Wayne would be a hard loss. Is there a good counter offer anyone can see? Or should I just hold off until we see what Mendenhall can do in week 5?
