Griffin trade proposal thoughts

I was thinking of offering the following deal to the owner of RGIII. Please let me know if it's a good or bad trade and also post your thoughts what would make it good.

Send:
QB Rivers, WR Bryant (or WR V. Jackson) and either RB Forte or RB Murray

For:
QB RGIII and RB Lynch (or McFadden)

RGIII is currently his backup QB behind Eli. I could offer a TE as well as his are Finley/Olsen and we could start 2 TE's.

My current roster is:

QB: Rivers, Freeman
RB: Forte, Murray, M. Bush, B. Tate
WR: Julio Jones, D. Bryant, V. Jackson
TE: Gates, Witten
