Deangelo Williams worth a WW flyer WHiR

I am extremely thin at RB after my starters and somebody dropped Deangelo Williams, do you think he is worth a pickup as a backup/flex/bye week fill in? we have a $100 salary cap for players before they clear waivers, how much should I bid on him?
