I'm in a ten team Dynasty league, we keep our entire 25 man roster, have a rookie / free agent draft, 6pt all tds, 1ppr, we start 1qb, 2rb, 3wr, 1te. So the T Brady owner also has RGIII and after his hot start he may be willing to move Brady. He could use RB help. So is he a upgrade over my qb's? How many more years does he have at a elite level? I can trade players and draft picks. WHIR My roster - ( players worth listing) QB- Eli, Ryan WR- Calvin, Fitz, Colston, J Nelson, Blackmon, Decker RB- AP, Richardson, Bradshaw, M Bush, Benson, Green-Ellis, A Morris, K Smith TE- Gronk, Daniels
Depending on who you would give up, since it's a keeper league I wouldn't give up Richardson. Peterson has looked okay, still bothered by the injury, but he seems to be getting lots of work. I wouldn't give up either of those two, because it would leave you pretty thin and Ryan and Eli are both decent options. I would give up peterson before richardson if you really want brady, obviously.
I have Matt Ryan and Tom Brady in one of my lesser leagues. I've started Brady over Ryan in both weeks 1 and 2 and have regretted that decision both times. After the loss to Arizona, I am seriously doubting Brady's season this year and Matt Ryan seems like a whole truckload of upside. I think both your QB's look like better options than Brady with the way things are developing for the Pats thus far (think Hernandez and the diminishing role of Wes Welker).
Thanks for your input on my post and I hope this helps in return! Good luck in Week 3!

No, I would stick with Matt Ryan going forward. The one thing they always said about Brady is that he doesn't like getting hit, and his O-Line is not looking great this year. Also, with Belichick forcing Wes Welker out, who has clearly been Brady's go-to guy on broken plays, I think Ryan will be better this season and in the future. Falcons have a veteran, but not old, O-Line that has played together for years now, and Ryan has one of the quickest releases in the league. Not to mention the best receiving corps in the league.
Your team is rock solid right now, I always run into the same problem as you do, constantly looking for ways to upgrade my team. As it stands though, I think you can sit back for a while.
i agree with the first reply. i don't think getting brady in a dynasty league is worth it over someone like matt ryan, who is just starting to get it going (with an elite pair of WRs). if he's willing to give up on RGIII, go for that.
