I think that your correct with Finley, he is overrated and doesn't get the looks he used to, plus he's dropping passes. Pitta is up and coming, I'm must still not sold on Balt. Offense being a productive one every week. On the plus side Pitta has gotten a ton of balls thrown his way, if he keeps that up he will produce more. Good luck.

If Finley could actually hang onto all the targets he gets, he could be the highest scoring fantasy TE out there. He keeps dropping balls though, and Rodgers has plenty of other options in that offense.

I see Finleys targets going down as the season goes unless he stops dropping to many balls
