I know Hernandez is hurt but I feel i have a decent TE replacement with Brandon Pettigrew. This trade is more to get Ryan Matthews. And hopefully Hernandez will be back and healthy in time for fantasy playoffs. I'm losing some depth at RB but I pick up a (hopefully) solid RB1 in Matthews. I need RB help because Chris Johnson and McFadden can't find their groove.

Is this a good trade?
