Julio for McFadden or MJD

Owner in my league put McFadden on his trade block. I offered D.Bryant+R.Bush, he declined said he wants Julio in a deal. I countered with Julio, R.Bush, Stevie for his MJD, Nelson, Maclin. Not sure if he accepts.

Any thoughts on a deal I should orchestrate with his team? Thanks!!
