Definitely Percy! I have him in both my leagues and am currently ranked #1 in both! This week Min will be down to SF and needing to pass A LOT. They do so many things to get him the ball that he gets about 15-18 touches a game. That is a very good number for a WR, don't worry about the SF matchup they give up good yards in the passing game.

I think they are both good bets even with the bad matchups. At the end though, I would go with Harvin, although it would almost be a coin flip for me.
