Should I make any lineup changes?

I am not sure if I should play certain people or not such as Steven Jackson. Any help is appreciated. This is a league where you start 2 QBs and IDPs.

TE: Vernon Davis

DL: Trent Cole, Kamerion Wimbley
LB: D'qwell Jackson, Daryl Washington, Sean Weatherspoon
DB: Thomas DeCoud, Yeremiah Bell, Antrel Rolle

Bench:
RB: Andre Brown, Cedric Benson, Mikel Leshoure
WR: Kenny Britt, Justin Blackmon,
TE: Scott Chandler
DL: Mathias Kiwanuka
LB: DeMeco Ryans
DB: Jairus Byrd

I would start Andre Brown in place of Steven Jackson. Jackson is questionable.
