Currently on 1st place and playing 3rd place team this week.

He're is my lineup for Week 3 (league starts QB, 3 WR, 2 RB, TE, Flex, K, 3 IDP):
QB: Rodgers, Bradford
WR: Welker, A. Johnson, Bowe, Garcon, Wright, Manningham
RB: Gore, Spiller, D. Richardson
TE: Witten, Tamme
Flex: Andre Brown
K: Hartley
IDP:D'Q Jackson, R. Lewis, L. Fletcher, J. Anderson

Should I leave it as is or make any change?

If its a ppr league AND Garcon is cleared to play then you might think about him at your flex position. If not ppr then you should be good to go!
