WR/TE help

My WR are: Calvin Johnson/Reggie Wayne/Brandon Tate/Hakeem Nicks/Ramases Barden
Barden was just picked up because of Nicks going down but should I start him over Brandon Tate, not sure how many looks he may get. Thinking Carolina focuses heavy on Cruz allowing a favorable match up or should I stick with Brandon Tate and ride the week out.

Another question regarding TE. I have Bennett of the giants too and not sure if he would better then Gates since Eli may look his way more heavily in this game.

Ah sorry should have included that, have to start 3.

.20 for receptions
10 yards a point
6 for touchdown

Calvin and Reggie are obvious. I dont really like Tate and he seems like he's primarily a deep threat there. I think Ramses might be a sneaky play with both Nicks and Hixon out. I think I'd go with Ramses just because I think he'll see more targets then Tate.
