Week 3 Lineup Help

I am in a 10 team ppr league and having real trouble with who to start, i am listing all my players even though some are obvious starts.
1qb, 2rb, 2wr, 1flx, 1te, 1k, 1def

qb- tom brady, josh freeman
rb-michael turner, alfred morris, cedric benson, shonn greene
wr-larry fitzgerald, lance moore, randel cobb, desean jackson, vincent jackson
te-tony gonzalez, dustin keller
and kicker and defense i only have one each in gostkowski and seattle.

I have no clue what to do this week at all especially with rb and wr. please give me some advice.
