McCoy/Murray/Spiller/Mojo...Good Luck WHIR

So, I need to start 2 RB's and a FLEX. I have 4 monster studs (somehow) and am trying to make an impossible descision. Pick three:

McCoy/PHI
Murray/DAL
Spiller/BUF
Jones-Drew/JAC

I have to bench one of these guys, so any advice would be great. Also am struggling choosing my 2 WR's. Pick two:

Thomas/DEN
Austin/DAL
Bowe/KC

Good problem to have.

They all seem to have decent to good matchups as well, but I would sit MJD. He's on the worst team, and they may be trailing and have to pass more. All the others should be playing with leads and running the ball.

Receiving wise, I would go with Austin and Bowe. I think Bowe becomes a must start again, like two years ago. When Cassel is healthy, those two have a good rapport. Thomas is too inconsistant right now.

Don't sit MOJO. Sit Murray. Start McCoy and MOJO. Also start Austin and Bowe.
