I am in the same boat with having LaFell and another higher rated receiver, however, that higher receiver (which is Harvin for me) is playing a much better defense; however, Welker has a great QB throwing to him, and in his advantage, Hernandez just got hurt and that'll most likely give Welker more looks since Brady and him already have a decent chemistry. LaFell has been proving himself, though, it's still so hard to trust that he'll for sure continue like that, especially since he's No. 2, though he does have a decent QB. For me, Harvin has a not-so-good QB and a much better defense. For you, I think I may go with Welker in this instance as he's established, with an establish QB, and a defense that has a bit of an older DB field. Brady will still find ways to pick apart the Ravens.
