Does Blackmon carry any value? (WHIR)

In a 12 team, non-PPR league with KR/PR yards counting, this is my current roster:

QB: M. Stafford
RB: M. Bush, A. Brown, D. Brown, F. Jackson, C. Johnson, J. Rodgers
WR: J. Jones, V. Cruz, D. Amendola, R. Cobb, J. Cribbs, J. Blackmon
TE: J. Graham
K: M. Bryant
DEF: 49ers

I am in a reasonably good place for QB, WR, TE, K, and DEF, but my RBs have been massacred by injuries (Fred Jackson) and underperformance (Chris Johnson).

Since I have a good, deep bench of WRs, I was wondering if Blackmon has any value left as a trade piece or even as a bench sleeper for the rest of the season, or if I should feel comfortable just dropping him to make room for another sleeper RB.

Unless he is returning kickoffs and/or punts his value is definitely limited for now but has the upside to turn it around if given the opportunity. His value lies in dynasty leagues for sure. I don't see you trading him 1-1 and getting any value back in return at this time. Maybe add him into a deal with one of your WR's and look to add a decent RB in return. As far as "sleeper" RB's in free agency I don't know of any hidden values available.

Yeah, I think you can probably drop Blackmon if you really want to pick up a "sleeper RB" at this point. Go for it. You won't be using him any time soon and may as well swing for the fences with a DRichardson, Gerhart, Goodson type of a handcuff move.
