Handcuff for Ridley? Vereen or Woodhead?? WHIR

In a 14 team PPR, who is the better handcuff for Ridley? Both are available and I am thin at RB so I want to make sure I have Ridley's best replacement.
QB - Rodgers, Palmer
RB - Mendenhall, Ridley, A. Brown, D. Thomas, Vereen
WR - Nicks, Cobb, Lloyd, Broyles, Hankerson, Hixon
TE - Hernandez, Olsen
K - Hanson
D - Cowboys

If you had to pick one, I think Woodhead has more upside, especially in PPR leagues.
