Better stash.... Bilal Powell or Bernard Scott?

In 14 team PPR, RB's available are slim to none.... Which of these RB's has a better chance to produce decent numbers this year? WHIR

I like Powell. He seems like a good spell for Greene and can catch the ball.

I'm debating between Powell, Scott & Draughn as a stash. Just traded Morris & Crabtree for Fitzgerald. One of these 3 will take the open spot. Draughn's numbers look good but I know nothing about him.
