Nice to see the Giants coming around, and i hope they realize how much of a bum Collins is.

He can't make them much worse than they already are. I think a guy like that who gets his chance can add a spark to a team. Shall be interesting.

yeah, that was kinda what i was getting at. i don't think he's going to come in and tear it up or anything, but it doesn't take much to be an improvement over what they've been doing. He really didn't get a chance to prepare for getting thrown into the game last week, and also didn't play very much
(7-11/83yds/86.6 qb rating). A truer evaluation will be this weeks game.

There was no question that he's got the skill, when he played high school ball here, he was ranked in top 3 QB's in North America, by NCAA recruiters
I;m sure he's not going to throw for 5 TD's or 400 yds, but he's got a chip on his shoulder and something to prove, so look for him to try and make a difference early, I wouldn't take NO Defence any week, let alone this week.

Gotta place a lot of the blame for Collins' poor performance on the pathetic play of his o-line. Noone ever said that he was anything but a pocket passer.
