Flex help please! RB or WR?

ive got foster and charles as my starting RBs.
smith and AJ starting at WR.

But for flex....
A.Peterson vs 49ers
A.Morris vs. CIN
R.Wayne vs JAC
D.Bowe @ NO

such decisions.... any input or other combos i should look into?

its too late to bench S.Smith as he played tonight already.

if you are in a PPR league , I would say start Bowe. If you are in a regular scoring league , I would go with Morris cause he will get the touches.
