Trade: Welker for Bryant/Freddy J

New to the fantasy football, and need some trade advice. I am being offered Dez Bryant and Fred Jackson for Wes Welker in a 12 team 1 pt PPR. My RB/WR depth is as follows:

Bryant has been a slow starter, but Welker is being underused. Kind of in a bad spot here, and could use some good advice. Thanks in advance!
