Trade Brees for Newton/Reggie Wayne

I have Brees and after Newton didn't do to well against Giants I have a guy who wants to dump him. I have Brees and he offered Newton and Wayne. I am leaning to a no but wanted to make sure I am not missing something in the bigger picture. It would help me with WR.

I think I would do it. Cam's having a second year slump, but he's going to be good for along time. Wayne is locked in production as long as he wants to play, Luck loves him. This is starting to look like a lost year for the Saints, too.
