I think J. Charles is going to have the best game of the year tomorrow, its a tough match up for Perterson. Morris has been pretty steady so far this season and I think he has a good match up in CIN as well.
I been starting Morris since I picked him up before week 1 and have not looked back. I think this week I will be starting him over Darren McFadden in my work league.

I think of your 3 recievers. Wayne has the best match up and great chemistry with the QB. Bowe would be a close second in my opinion and could really go either way. I really like Denvers Corners though and they did a pretty good job keeping both Julio Jones and Roddy White in relative check last week.

I think me personally, I would go RB: A. Morris WR R. Wayne and my flex I would put J. Charles but it's a crap shoot, you know?

It's like you said though, they are all good options and you should see good production from the majority of them.
