RB help for this weekend

I have green-Ellis and AP as my second RB options behind Sproles. Which one should I start? I know AP has a tough matchup..but does anyone think the fact that it's @ Minnesota will help his case? It's AP for crying out loud..if anyone can run on SF..it's AP. green-Ellis is a good back..but idk..their @ Washington and yeah idk..have a weird feeling about that situation. Need help though!! It's a standard league
