So I noticed that my league commish made line up change for his own team., but it shows up on the "commish change" section. Did he abuse his power by making a line up change after a game started? Image is below. Please help guys!

My fault. I made this thread immediately when I saw it and I don't expect posters to speculate. So here is the context I should've originally supplied in my OP.
-The line up change was made around 4-415 pm est(I can't find out exact time) -It was the commish that made the change for his own team -Players are locked at the start of their respective games

Sure does look like he cheated. He must not have known that it would show in the updates and everyone would know. Wow, that is ridiculous.....and stupid. He needs to be stripped of his commissionership and banned from the league.
If the changes are after the start of the players game then yes this is cheating. Unless there is an established late system in place, this is grounds for removal and banning. My league is made of several people that due to the nature of thier work, they are not always able to make it to the website to make those last minute changes. What we do is have the team email both the oppoinent and I the final line up. This way there is a undisputable time stamp and the opposing team knows. I will then, only after verifying with the opposing team, make changes as the comish. This has bailed us out several times. So in the absence of this type of arrangment, get yourself a new commish or new league.
If the timelines are correct and he did this even a minute after a player would have been locked, it's total busch league nonsense and skullduggery. At the least I'd have the league move to strip him of his powers and make him forfeit his win for the week (if he got one) ...
I passively called him out on it, but nobody really had my back. Everybody kept giving him the benefit of the doubt by saying the time stamp probably messed up. It's a complicated league im in that's competitive and every single person is really active. No money is involved, but the top 2 get to enter this special league next year. Out of the leagues im in, this is the most important for me, even though no money is involved.
The official time on the time stamp will come out tomorrow since a full week has passed. It should show around 415 pm est. I also emailed yahoo fantasy football and they told me that their time stamps are accurate.
For now, I've let it be, but it burns me inside to know that he did cheat.
I want to call him out again, but it's kind of hard when nobody really has my back. Some people think it's "laughable" that I even brought it up.
*Sigh*
Thanks for all the responses guys!

Time stamp? The fact of the matter is that the only reason he would have to change the lineup as commissioner is if he was too late to change it as an owner. Otherwise, he would've just set his lineup the same way the other owners do. You have a cheater and a bunch of morons in your league.
Hell, if no one has your back and it is in fact a cheating commish, I'd just up and leave the league. I know you said it is important to you, but why stay there with all this bull? I'd leave if no one rallies with you.
