Big trade in interesting format. Calvin/Morris - Julio/Lynch

Please see my roster below. RB is where I am weak and as much of a horse that Megatron is, I do love Julio. The kicker in our league is that we can protect 2 players per year. We're an Auction draft and in the 1st year as a "Keeper" their cost is +$5, 2nd year is an additional $+5 and 3rd year is an additional +$15. After Year 3 as a Keeper they go back into the draft pool.

15-Team Roster - $240 Budget
So, in addition to giving up Megatron ($56 next year), I'd be giving up Morris as a potential $6 Keeper.
I'd get Julio ($22) and Lynch ($20)

I'm thinking I accept as the trade is pretty fair and I think I may make out better from the Keeper perspective as well even if Morris does become an every down back for Shanahan. I just hate giving up Calvin. Looking for some thoughts...either with me or against me. Thanks guys!
