Which QB should I pick up for Week 4

With Stafford being potentially injured and Cutler playing terrible - I need a short-term replacement.

Here are my choices for week 4 (on the waiver)

Jake Locker (great week 3 and is projected higher than Kolb in week 4, but is going against Houston Def)
Kevin Kolb (decent week 3 and projected lower than Locker, but is going against Miami and may have found his rhythm finally with L. Fitzgerald)

What do you think?

Id go locker. Kolb sucks. Least you know Houston is going to smoke them making him pass most of the day. Just my opinion.

Locker is just not there yet - too risky to start in my opinion.
