Trade Rice for top QB?

Need some help.

12 team, Yahoo standard scoring league.

My roster
QB Cutler
RB Rice, Martin, LeShoure, Mendenhall, Wilson
WR Marshall, Bowe, LaFell, Blackmon
TE Hernandez, Myers
K Hartley
DST Arizona
(one free slot - dropped Collie)

Think I'm ok with RB but need better QB.
Should I put Rice on a trade block for Rodgers/Brady/Brees or maybe Ryan?
Or sit with Rice and just pick up Ponder (Kolb, Cassel, Bradford, Wilson are also FA) and play matchups with him and Cutler?
Or should I maybe arrange some trade for top WR?

I think if you want a chance of winning you need a decent Qb. You don't. Ponder could possibly be a decent play. I also think cutler has seen his worst games. I would do it for the guys you mentioned if its six per pass td. Maybe even if its not..
