Week 4 Richardson/Martin/Morris, who to bench?

I need help deciding which RB to bench

RB- Foster, clearly playing him
RB - T. Richardson - Up against Baltimore, coming off a bad week against the Bills that he salvaged due to getting a TD.
Flex - Doug Martin/Alfred Morris - Martin didn't have a good week but I still have faith in him, whereas Morris has put up solid fantasy numbers every week. The matchup is Wsh @ Tamp

What do you guys think? Who gets the bench this week?

Bench Martin. Looks like Shanahan has clearly made up his mind for the workhorse in the back field and people with Morris should let it ride with him. I have Morris as well and am putting him in my Flex position too. Good luck!
