Which 3 RBs do I start wk4?

I need to start 3 of these 4 RBs, who would u pick?

Ray Rice vs Cleveland
Demarco Murray vs Bears
Jamaal Charles vs Chargers
Darren McFadden vs Broncos

Rice is a given so really the question is which 2 out of the bottom 3?

If I had to bench one, I would bench McFadden and start the other three. In weeks 1 and 2 he got 22 and 32 rushing yards respectively, and most of his yards last week came on one 65 yard run he managed to break on a steelers d that didnt have harrison or polamalu. He's the most likely to lay an egg out of the four there.

It's a toss up between Charles and Run DMC for me; Charles had a stellar game last week, but we don't know if we can count on that being the norm. McFadden hasn't been effective in the ground game, but he has been receiving catches out of the backfield. I think I would sit Charles personally, just don't hate me when he puts up another 30 point game
