Charles for Cruz or Marshall?? - WHIR

I've been offered two trades for the same guy, from the same team. He wants Jamal Charles since he just lost Spiller and R.Bush and is willing to trade me either Victor Cruz or Brandon Marshall. Is either straight up trade good for me or should I reject/counter offer? I'm thinking we might have seen the best of Charles against the Saints and this could be a chance to sell high. Standard Yahoo stats, 8 teams, non-PPR.

I would not do either straight up. You are very deep at WR, but light at RB. Charles may not go off again like he just did, but he looks a lot more like the 2010 stud his owners were hoping for

Oh sorry I read that wrong. If you are the one getting Cruz, yup I'd take it.
