Id go with Williams based on more touches. It looks like Wells may have turf toe so its very likely Williams sees more touches as the season goes on.

Def have a similar spot for me, it all depends on the health of mr wells, if hes not practicing this week then i would go with williams, if he is id be very wary, wells plays id sit williams, if hes out then Williams all day. Hope this helps
