Sproles and Welker for Cruz and Graham

I was wanting victor Cruz from a guy, made offers that we're rejected, he finally offered me Cruz and jimmy graham, for wes welker and Sproles. This is a non- PPR. I really don't need jimmy graham, but need receiver help,and could deal him later. What do you guys think? Would I be getting better end of deal, should I take it now, or counter with something else for Graham.
