Ryan Williams or Cedric Benson?!

In a 10 team league, I know Ryan Williams will likely have the start with Beanie Wells having turf toe but someone just dropped Cedric Benson and I was wondering whether I should try to pick him up or see how Ryan Williams does this weekend as a starter before trying to make a change?
