Need some help guys. TD heavy league 10 team format, No penalty for fumbles or INTs. Im currently sitting in first place but my RB situation is a little shallow.

I have Richardson and Foster only on RBs and heavy on WR

A Green
A Hawkins
Amendola
Garcon
Bryant
J. Simpson
B Lafell

I have 2 trades proposed to me - Dez bryant for either Ryan WIlliams or Jonathan Stewart.

Any advice would be appreciated thanks!

Both RBs you're looking at are gambles, and you're going to be giving up some value with each. Not a ton, since Bryant hasn't produced that much, but some.

I'd say if you're really itching to make a trade, go for Williams. He'll probably start this week.

neither of those are great options. See if you can get a better deal. I agree though that if you feel it's your only choice go with Williams
