My team is struggling and mainly its due to the fact that everyone on my bench is hurt and I neglected to draft a quality RB and my WRs aren't doing to well.

It would give me the option to start AJ Green, Vincent Jackson and Fitz and rotate D. Williams, McGahee, Alfred Morris at RB along with Gronk and RG3

No, Mikel is going to keep producing and any Panthers RB is a major risk. Newton is constantly stealing yards and TDs. Stafford is struggling now but not enough to make it worth less than Fitz. Fitz hasn't shown much of anything either. You would definitely "lose" that trade
